Austin Arts Meetup for September!

September 27th, 6PM, Freddie’s Place!

Join the Greater Austin Creative Alliance, the NowPlayingAustin A-team and tons of Austin artists for our monthly happy hour stop and schmooze event. After a great happy hour at Takoba on the East Side last month, we’re heading over to South 1st to check out the glorious outdoors on the patio at Freddie’s Place.

Freddie’s Place has a great daily happy hour till 7pm, and all day Monday, which is great news for us, with half price appetizers, $2 Wells, $2 Frozen Margaritas, $2 Frozen Jack & Lemonade, $2 Tall Boys of Lone Star, High Life, and PBR, as well as other awesome specials.

Parking is a little rough–they have their own lot as well as gracious neighbors across the street that allow parking in the evenings, but both a a little small–so get there early and plan on staying late..

So- come, mix, mingle, check out a South Austin hot spot, meet some artists from all art forms and learn a bit about the Creative Alliance and the A-Team. See ya there!
