MOMIX: Botanica
— Tonight is actually the last night you’ll have a chance to check it out, so make sure you get over there quick as you can, as Botanica is already receiving rave reviews from the community. A brilliant display of music, dance, costumes, and props that are sure to send you for a ride.

Hunter Gatherers
— A mainstay on Nowplayingaustin’s Top 10 events since the beginning of its run, Hunter Gatherer’s is a brilliant show by Capital T that A-Team members have called “a hilarious, hysterical, raunchy romp of a play.” And really, they tell you themselves: “Warning: play contains a sacrifice, sex, wrestling, gluttony, and dancing.” What more do you need to know?

Arthouse
— Head downtown to the Jones Center and check out the gorgeous new Arthouse Space and see some great art in a great atmosphere. Across the street from the Paramount, the Arthouse has some of the best new art in town as well as a glorious interior and an amazing rooftop patio. Currently featuring works by Cypriene Gallard, Mequitta Ahuja, Ryan Hennessee, and Jason Middlebrook.

Plenty of stuff to still do around town, even ways to be festive without being in the holiday spirit. If nothing here does it for you, plenty more information on tons of events at Nowplayingaustin.com.
