Weekend To-Do List

So you’re sitting there with an open weekend and some time to support the arts this weekend but don’t know where to go? Start with one of these:

Stephanie J. Block:Stephanie J. Block has been wow-ing Broadway audiences for many years (you’ll have a Wicked-ly good time and wish you could listen to her from 9 to 5!). Her cabaret show is always a sell-out at NY’s Birdland, her voice as rich as a fine wine. Join us as she graces ACT’s stage for the first time!

Going With Jenny:
Ever wish you could read your spouse’s mind? Join us as we eavesdrop on the secret thoughts of a young married couple on the brink. While sharing their sometimes laugh-at-loud inner monologues, this Mr. and Mrs. grapple with deep-rooted anxiety over domestic life, fleeting youth, regrets, fidelity, and the captivating notion that a person’s entire life-course can hinge on one hasty decision.

Austin Secrets: This show is about you. Your stories. Your fears. Your triumphs. Your failures. Your secrets. That is where Austin Secrets takes its motivation. In every show we’ll use improvisation to explore secrets anonymously submitted by you and other Austinites. Serious secrets will be treated with proper respect, and more lighthearted secrets will be a chance to cut loose, so expect a mix of drama, comedy, and everything in between.
